TikVidDown is a free online tool that lets you save publicly accessible TikTok videos to your own device. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance Ltd., TikTok, or any of their subsidiaries.

You agree to use TikVidDown only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not:

TikVidDown does not own the videos available through TikTok. All videos remain the property of their original creators or rightsholders. Downloading a video does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use the content commercially.

The TikVidDown name, logo, source code, and design are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible through TikVidDown infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or description of the infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rightsholder's behalf.

TikVidDown is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that any specific video will be downloadable at any given time. TikTok may change how videos are served at any time, which can affect functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikVidDown and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TikVidDown and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.

TikVidDown interacts with content served by TikTok. We have no control over TikTok's services, terms, or availability. Your use of any content you obtain is your own responsibility and is subject to the original platform's terms.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally applicable international principles of online consumer law. Where the law of a specific jurisdiction is required, the laws of the country where the Service operator is established will apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
